Release Brief License Terms
Last updated: April 2026
1. Provider
Release Brief is provided by ABIT Adam Berka, VAT ID / NIP 6392018304.
2. Subject of the license
Release Brief is publicly available in the Marketplace and may be used under a 14-day trial or an active paid license.
3. License scope
The license is assigned to a specific Azure DevOps organization and covers the selected number of Release Brief users. During the license period, you receive access to updates and email support.
4. Licensing model
Seats are assigned to specific users. A user can activate their own seat when the license is valid and seats are still available in the organization. An Azure DevOps organization administrator can release a seat and assign it to another person when needed.
By default, the license is priced by the number of Release Brief users. For larger organizations or processes that require access across the whole organization, an individual organization-wide license can be arranged.
The license is signed and works offline. The license and seat assignment information are stored in Azure DevOps Extension Data Storage inside the customer’s organization.
5. Restrictions
Without prior written consent, the customer may not:
- resell the license,
- use the license outside the agreed organization and user scope,
- copy or distribute the product outside the agreed license terms.
6. Updates
During the license period, the customer receives access to extension updates made available by the provider.
7. Support
Support is provided according to the support policy published on the website.
8. Liability
The provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the extension operates correctly. However, use of the product depends on the Azure DevOps environment, the customer's configuration and integration constraints.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to Release Brief, including its code, name, documentation and related materials, remain with the provider.
10. Governing law
This license is governed by Polish law unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
