Release Brief License Terms

1. Provider

Release Brief is provided by ABIT Adam Berka, VAT ID / NIP 6392018304.

2. Subject of the license

Release Brief is an Azure DevOps extension shared with selected Azure DevOps organizations under a paid license or an agreed pilot.

3. License scope

The license grants the customer the right to use the extension in the selected Azure DevOps organization for the agreed license period.

4. Licensing model

The license is granted at the Azure DevOps organization level. Pricing may depend on declared organization size or the number of users covered by the license.

5. Restrictions

Without prior written consent, the customer may not:

• resell the license,
• share the extension with organizations not covered by the license,
• copy or distribute the product outside the agreed license terms.

6. Updates

During the license period, the customer receives access to extension updates made available by the provider.

7. Support

Support is provided according to the support policy published on the website.

8. Liability

The provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the extension operates correctly. However, use of the product depends on the Azure DevOps environment, the customer's configuration and integration constraints.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to Release Brief, including its code, name, documentation and related materials, remain with the provider.

10. Governing law

This license is governed by Polish law unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
